Grand Cayman’s Sir Turtle

In the Winter months we spend allot of time on the beautiful West Side of Grand Cayman diving all of the great sites there. Hawksbill Turtles are abundant on these sites as there is an enormous amount of their favorite brown sponges to eat.

2011 has been an incredible year in the amount of Spotted Eagle Rays that we have seen on the North Wall. We’ve seen as many as 40 in 1 dive! And the year isn’t over.

Diving Bonnie’s Arch/ West Side Grand Cayman

Today we visited one of our favorite site son the West Side. Bonnie’s Arch is a beautiful coral arch formation teaming with fish life… and many hawskbill turtles enjoy munching on the brown sponge at the base of the arch.

World Famous Sting Ray City

Visited Sting Ray City today and not only did the Rays come out in full force but Psycho, the resident Green Moray Eel made an appearance!

Come dive with us on our newest Grand Cayman wreck, The USS Kittiwake. A decommissioned US Naval Submarine Rescue Ship, the Kittiwake was sank here in January 2011.

Princess Penny’s Pinnacle today with a Hammerhead!

The 7 foot Hammerhead is still hanging about with 2 sightings today! And Alice got a great photo! She will share with us on Monday when she gets home.
