Casey, Thanks for an awesome week of diving! As my experience as a diver has grown I have come to respect the high quality operation you run. Your service is the best in my experience bar none. Anita and Jorge are great additions to your team. They are fun, easy going and exude a calm confidence that puts new and return divers who have been out of the water a while at ease. You make diving FUN! Thanks again for a great week. See you on the next trip!
Hi Casey, John, and Marcos,
Just a short note to let you know how much I enjoyed diving with you last week. It was a blast and you guys made it so very relaxed. Being a novice there is always apprehension surrounding something new, but your “starter” dives were perfect. Things were punctual, the equipment was well maintained, I was well informed on where I would be diving and the current diving conditions, and I felt entirely safe at all times. And the beauty of what I saw was mind-boggling. Ever since I was a little kid I have dreamed about diving in water that clear and with that much diversity in the sea life around me. Grand Cayman delivered!
I’d recommend your operation to anyone who has enjoyed the sport for awhile, or is just getting started like I am.
Take good care of my daughter Colleen when she shows up next month. She is a rookie also, but I know she’ll be in good hands. I hope to see you all again real soon!

Keith and Casey,
I wanted to thank you guys for your wonderful hospitality during our visit two weeks ago. It can be pretty tough from this end finding an operation willing to take a shot with a physically challenged diver. And I certainly understand such hesitation and concern.
So I really appreciated your willingness to accommodate my special needs. The extra effort you made assured our group had a safe and very enjoyable visit.
My son made a point to ask me to be sure to thank you, Keith, for the help when he was lifting me. He said when you helped it seemed like you took most of the load. It’s so great when your baby boy calls you a ‘load’, eh? I imagine you noticed he really likes being in the water.
I was happy to find that diving still makes me feel physically better. And Heidi was surprised that I was able to manage as well as I did, even after 5 years away from scuba. We hope that we will be returning to Grand Cayman next year. I’ve had quite a few inquiries – about a dozen people interested if we do return.
I took about a week to recover from the trip and I’ve been busy trying to catch up with everything. In my spare time I’m editing my notes from the trip and will put some pictures with them; as soon as I get them posted on the web I’ll let you know. Hopefully that will be helpful if other mobility impaired divers are looking for accessible diving on Grand Cayman.
Again, thank you for your extra care and patience. We had a wonderful time.
Dear Casey, Keith, Marcos, and the entire Neptune Divers crew,
This is Jen Mandell, you may remember me by helping to celebrate my 30th Birthday on 08/08/09! I wanted to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart, for the best vacation I have ever had. I still can’t believe I am a certified diver! You made the whole experience extremely fun and enjoyable. When I met you all, I developed complete trust and comfort that you would get me through the certification. It was if all of my previous fears and anxiety related to SCUBA went away! To go SCUBA diving in an actual Ocean (vs. pool) was incredible experience! No words can describe how I felt being part of the ocean for a brief period of time. I am not saying that I think I am a fish, but a certified explorer of the Sea!!! I am now actively looking into an early retirement by moving to a tropical island to SCUBA forever, after winning a huge lottery. If we ever go to Cayman again, we will be sure to see you again! Thanks again for EVERYTHING, Marty and I had the vacation of a lifetime, and it was because of you!
No worries, and best regards,
Jen and Marty
Welcome back, sorry I missed you last week whilst you where in CA, at least I got to say a brief hi to Keith. Just wanted to tell you what an awesome time I had diving last week, May 2008. We were all treated to a professional dive crew, who were enthusiastic, safe, knowledgeable and fun to be with. The pick ups were punctual and the guys always helped with carrying and setting up gear. Over the course of the week I felt we really got a great sampling of the varied dive sites, including the North Wall, West side, deep and shallow reefs, night dives, Stingray City and wrecks. Underwater the dive guides were attentive to the needs of both experienced and novice divers. They were great at drawing our attention to “don’t miss” sea life like turtles, Eagle Rays, Morays and Hammerheads. I will be back and will recommend Neptune Divers to anyone contemplating diving in Grand Cayman.
Just wanted to drop a line to tell you how much I have enjoyed diving these past two weeks. Just like last year when we went out with you and Keith, we saw alot of cool things, including moray eels, ray, turtles, shrimp, crab and lobsters. Best of all is the way you guys make everyone, including resort divers, feel so relaxed. They are knowledgeable, helpful and fun, and never make us feel dumb even when we have our wetsuit on backwards or have tangled our octopus inside our BCD! Because of my experiences, I have been able to become more neutrally buoyant, drop weight, and am planning to take an advanced class and buy my own regulator and computer.
Hope to see you, when I return next April! Many thanks again on your fine operation and wonderful staff!!! Sincerely;
Hello all you Neptune Divers.
I wanted to follow up with you and let you know how much we appreciated you getting right back to us and scheduling our dive. We had a great time. The crew was so nice, and very patient with me-everyone else just jumped right in, but I needed a little extra push. anyway, he was great!!! This was our first dive since getting certified this summer, and wanted to know-are we supposed to have some sort of documentation for our log book for future advanced course diving?? if so, could you please e-mail it to me that we did 2 50- foot dives on 12/28/07. one wreck, and one reef…
So, Hey- if you’re ever up for some skiing in the Rocky Mountains, just let us know. give those sea legs a different kind of workout…, bye for now hope to dive with you again…(WALL DIVE!!!!!)
-Ang (Happy New Year)
We just got our DVD and it’s WONDERFUL!
I don’t think I mentioned it but I’m a TV Producer-Director and I’m VERY impressed with your camera technique. Great underwater panning-reveal shots. Your editing talents ain’t bad either!
You and Keith made our diving experience at Grand Cayman a real memorable one. You did a fine job combining our 100 foot certified wall dive at “In Between” with the beginner’s dive at the wreck of the Doc Polson. We’re especially grateful for the personalized attention you gave Cathy’s brother Brian on his first dive.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Neptune’s Divers to ANY beginner or experienced diver! Worth EVERY PENNY!
It has been many years since our entire family of 5 has had a vacation together, and it was one for the books. We drove Detroit to Miami (ouch), Cruised to Cozumel and Grand Cayman (very cool), 1st time Parasail on Cozumel (also very cool), 1st time DIVE at Grand Cayman with you guys (AWSOME!).
We just got our pics in the mail…Wow! that was fast. Thank you. We have been so excited to get these. We were like little kids on Christmas.
Speaking of little kids, I was the 47 year old buzzing all over the reef and using up all the air. I do feel bad about that as we probably could have gotten another 20 minutes, but I just couldn’t stop myself. It was the Jacques-Yves Cousteau adventures, interactive version. I’ve wanted to do this for about 40 years…yaaahooo!
The sights were too much to take in and the details of which would have been forgotten, except…we rented 2 of your cameras and now we have something to look at as we reflect on what an awesome time this was. The sea Turtle, the Eel, the sponges, the fish (Trigger, Blowfish, etc), the sand Shark, and how can I forget…the Fire Coral.
We have already been scheming how to make it back, as we would like to spend several days diving.
I can appreciate what it takes to start a business and keep it running day after day, year after year. Thank you Keith and Casey for doing what you do with patients and selflessness and yet with professionalism and safety.
Bryon, Renee, Jaime, Casey, and Lindsey
Thanks for a Great Week of Diving
Keith and Casey,
Just wanted to drop a quick email and thank you for a great week of diving. We were the group at g.c. beach suites with Tony, Johnny, Peter, Kenna, and myself, Kerry. We stumbled upon you guys by chance and we are glad we did. G.C. was great and we plan on being back next year. Thanks again.
Hi Casey and Keith
You guys were great (May 1996). We had almost talked ourselves out of continuing diving, but after a week in your care, we have the dive bug. You guys provided exception personal attention, and man are fast at changing out tanks and gear!! Each dive brought different experiences: tunnels, sand chutes, boat wreck, depth, stingrays, turtles, hammerhead shark, barracudas, and all the beautiful fish and reef. You guys did a phenomenal job on the video. We are so proud to show it, and have got raving reviews on the end result. Everyone says its makes them feel like they are diving with us. We can’t wait to see you again!!

Hey Casey & Keith,
Just wanted to thank you guys for another couple of great dives. We’ll certainly contact you again the next time we come to Grand Cayman (which unfortunately might be a while) and I’ll also continue to plug you to everyone I can whenever I get the chance.
Have a great trip to the Galapagos and we’ll be counting the days until we can dive with you again.
Keith & Casey,
I wanted to express my thanks to both of you for helping to make our 6th trip to Grand Cayman the most memorable we have had. Your ability to handle a wide variety of diver experience, (2 getting open water certification, 4 resort course beginners & 4 of us that had more experience) made the dives enjoyable for all. Seeing the large octopus on the night dive with Keith and the shark with Casey are memories that my family and friends will never forget. The best recommendation I can give to Neptune is that I allowed Brandon, my 12 year old, to dive alone with you’ll while I was back in Houston for a week on business. Trusting someone enough to allow them to look after their child while 60 feet below the surface says it all! thanks again & look forward to having more memorable moments with Neptune Divers!!!
I want to thank you and Keith for an awesome afternoon of diving last Thursday. Trinity Caves was amazing! You and Keith did a wonderful job with Maggie who was not real thrilled with the whole diving idea after all the instruction but has since changed her tune thanks to you! We hope to see you again and will definitely recommend you to others. Be well and may God bless you always.
Hey Casey and Keith,
Just wanted to drop a quick line and say that we had a wonderful time diving with you guys. (April 17-19).
It really felt like we were diving with old friends, I hope to be making plans to come and dive with you again very soon.
Jeff and Kristin Wilson
Keith and Casey,
We’re back slugging away at work now, but have had a few days to ponder our trip and dives while on Grand Cayman.
We just wanted to tell you that we enjoyed our dive with you both immensely! Our first dive, was at “Blue Pinnacle” with Keith leading the way. Seeing the Black Tip Reef Shark was an unforgettable experience for us both! Keith escorting the Green Sea Turtle our way and the huge “Jack” made things perfect for us.
After our unexpected “fresh water shower” afforded free of charge by Neptune’s, Casey led us through a great dive of “Killer Pillar Coral Reef”. This made our trip! My wife, a newly certified diver, loved the views and especially the leisurely pace! We dove every day for the eight days we were on the island, and this was both of our favorite dives (sorry Keith, but seeing the shark ran a very close second).
Thank you again for a super morning out and a Cayman experience that will not be forgotten. We have already raved to everyone at our Dive Center in Scottsdale about your operation. From your friendliness and hospitality, to leisurely paced, lengthy bottom times, keep up the great work, and you’ll have our glowing recommendation for everyone we know heading your way. Please feel free to use any part of this letter as a testimonial for your marketing, and feel free to offer my e-mail address along with it!
Tom & Suzi Derryberry
Again thanks for the great dives the two days we went out and the breathing tip. Believe me I would have spent more time, and done the nite dive; but, domestic tranquility comes first in some situations!!
I’m going to try to talk a medical group I belong to to go to Grand Cayman in a couple of years. I know that is a long way off, but there’ll be a ****-load of work for you if it happens. I’ll be in touch anyway. Thanks again.
Just a note to say thanks! I really appreciated the way you worked with me on my certification. Your relaxed style was greatly appreciated, and your professionalism was obvious. I dropped my PIC into the mail when I got home, so I should be set.
I hope you are well in sunny paradise while we shiver in the frozen north!! It snowed the day after we got home, quite an adjustment from 90 degrees… supposed to be 20 tomorrow night. This just is not fair, I’m back in the rat race and you are diving everyday in eighty degree water- methinks I should have considered a career that doesn’t involve chasing bad guys in the cold!! I wish you well, and I will refer anyone that I hear going to Cayman to you!! Take care, and drop me a line whenever you care to.
Neptune Divers is the best dive group in Cayman. Keith is your contact. He can show you every little crevice on every reef around Cayman. Plus he knows where the beer specials are each night!! Let me know if you get down there.
Thanks again for a great experience!
Thank you for such great diving trips out in Cayman. My father, brother, and I had a fantastic time…and wish we could have stayed longer, dove more. But vacations must end sometime.
Bess and I are back to the real world. We both want to thank you for a wonderful and most memorable time that we will never forget. Look forward to the next trip to Grand Cayman. We will always highly recommend your dive operation to divers up here and thru Treasure Island Divers, Treasure Island, Florida. Thanks for everything.
We had a great time! Thanks again for all your help. I’m looking forward to my next trip back…hope it won’t be too long.
Hey Keith, we can’t tell you how much fun we had on our trip. It was the best vacation we’ve had. Some of my pictures turned out (about one third), thanks for letting us use your negs.
It was tough getting back to the work thing after having such a ball, but it helps knowing we’ll be back in March! We heading for the North Coast this weekend to dive for Abs and using our trailer for the first time, so we should get in some good dives and riding.
Take care and again thanks for the extra effort to show us a great time! Barry & Diane
This is just a short note to thank you for your time and trouble over the last couple of weeks. I know that just taking two divers out is not exactly the best way to put money in the bank but Kim and I really enjoyed all of the dives we did. As ever your time, enthusiasm for the diving and knowledge of the sites was very much appreciated – nice one!!
See you soon
Paul & Kim
I sent another message but confusing computer may not have sent— it mainly said thanks for the great week; the diving was awesome, esp. the black hole and the aquarium but best of all the neat people on the boat!

We’ve just returned from our vacation. Thanks so much for recommending Keith. We dove with him exclusively and felt that his relaxed but competent style was a good fit for us. Perhaps someday we can come back and meet you. I am a videographer here on land and it’s the first time I wished I had a video camera with me. The clear water and lovely coral is irresistible.
Keith, you still there? Merry Christmas!
Not sure if you will remember me. My family and I were in Grand Cayman in July of ’98. You took me, my wife Lisa, my daughter Mikell and son Christopher diving on various days. We had a ball.
Been busy since you introduced me and my family to scuba diving. Lisa and I are now certified. I have my Advanced cert and just passed my Nitrox written exam. Also taking rescue diver training. Will hopefully have my NAUI Master cert by spring.Trying to put together a trip to Grand Cayman for next summer with family and friends. Would like to dive with you again. Take care.

Alive and well in Maine (USA.) I really enjoyed my visit to the Cayman BWI. Things are well up at this end. But we did not stay long enough. We got 6″ of snow yesterday, and to night it’s 30 degrees. The dives we took off the wall and by the large sponge were something I will remember for a long time. I will place your name on the mailing list of Hamilton Marine, If they don’t have what you need, you probably don’t need it. We at this end, are looking forward to summer, and more diving. Although it will never compare to what you have. My next visit will include more time on your boat-if you have room. Please use the E mail to have me check on anything you need for the boat.
Well, Bye for now.
